Counterfeiting and refurbishing are growing into a serious headache plaguing buyers; the capacity of counterfeit parts prevention becomes one standard of suppliers selection. OEMSemi boasts exceeding industry standard and providing the highest-quality products to our customers:
First, we only buy from original components manufacturers and their authorized distributors, as well as major OEMs, EMS for excess inventory. We promise any parts can be tracked back to sources;
Second, we has capacity and resources to provide complete and cost-effective solutions; and have put multiple procedures in place to prevent counterfeit from reaching our end customers.
Third, we commit every part will receive a strict quality inspection; and every order will warrant the form, fit, and function for a period of sixty (60) days. If you have any questions, you can directly contact our sales representative via phone or email.
If you are not completely satisfied with your products for any reason, you can simply return the product in its original packaging within 15 days for a refund, credit or exchange. Parts returned due to your ordering error or over 30 days are subject to a restocking fee.
Electronics Parts Inspection Process
We have rigid electronic parts inspection process for all products ordered prior to delivery, and substandard products are rejected and quarantined. The following inspection methods are based upon customer specified requirements, OEMSemi' s quality standards, as well as manufacturers’ specifications. OEMSemi's in-house & third-party inspection capabilities include:
Complete Visual inspection by IDEA-ICE-3000 certified inspectors
Chemical De-capsulation, with microscopic die inspection.
X-Ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy (XRF) testing.
