Acquisition plays an important role in the development of Vishay. It acquires such top names in discrete electronic components as Dale, Sfernice, Draloric, Sprague, Vitramon, Siliconix, General Semiconductor, BCcomponents, Beyschlag and selected International Rectifier Product Lines. In addition, as a worldwide semiconductor manufacturer, Vishay Technologies ushers in its fiftieth anniversary in 2013. It is believed future Vishay will see larger development.
