Time to Rethink Business Model, Chinese Electronics Manufacturers

In fact, similar reports can also been seen from US government report. As a result, for the anti-China country, from US government to more electronic experts, an anti-Chinese electronic components is spreading out, even stretching into boycotting commodities (including clothes and food) produced in China. 

 

Leave aside whether the report is absolutely real, the bad influence is great. First, let’s explain the doubt to the report. Just as what many people hold, since the US has the most advanced testing equipment, how these counterfeit can attach US military department, not to mention cross America’s security bureau. So the data “more than 1 million Chinese counterfeit electronics has been used in U.S. military aircraft” is quite doubtful. 

 

The report by US Senate may cause the following nightmares: 

 

First: The US would release policies to prevent Chinese electronics makers and suppliers from entering American market, even exit out;

Second: Worse impression toward Chinese electronic parts and China-the whole country; 

Third: Market for suppliers of stock electronics would be largely shrunk.

Fourth: Affected by the US government, Europe and some major countries will reduce demand for Chinese electronic parts (which even has activities of ‘No Parts from China’and ‘boycott CLB (China Listing Broker)’.)

It is time for Chinese manufacturers to rethink their business model, even if they may be wronged. As we all know, an important reason why Chinese electronics market can occupy a place worldwide is the low price. Of course, this is an advantage for Chinese makers to open international market. China, as the rising star in electronic market, is hard to earn trust, even they has the strength and innovative capacity. So the first step is low price; the step is successful. 

 

But they should not be stopped here. Innovation, quality, cutting-edge technology, talent, advanced management need more attention. Just during dozen of years, Chinese electronic makers are positioned and position themselves in making, low-price, low-quality, so they usually are the first suspect of counterfeit. Don’t you feel wronged and angry, Chinese high-tech companies and brand electronic makers?

 

Chinese government should also be blamed. We heard many speeches advocating high-quality products and fighting counterfeit products. However, these files are more regarded as gimmick (hype worth more than content) by the outside. So strict measures and high reparation toward counterfeit is necessary and should be implemented thoroughly. 

 

All in all, as the saying goes, crisis is often the turning point. Under the opportunities that many electronic manufacturers and providers are integrated, high-reliable companies can accelerate improvement to win more market.
