June 17, 2015 - A few days ago, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. announced, Vishay in 2015 Shanghai International Power element, renewable Energy Management Exhibition (PCIM Asia 2015, June 24-26, Shanghai China) on display a range of technologies. In PCIM Asia 2015 on, Vishay Siliconix will focus on display in various package forms PowerPAIR®, MICRO FOOT® and PowerPAK® 8x8L like MOSFET products, including the use of super-junction technology of high voltage E series MOSFET (for solar inverters, support for high efficiency AC / DC power conversion) and AEC-Q101 certified SQ series MOSFET (for automotive applications). Also featured are 400 V - 600 VD series MOSFET; a low on-resistance × gate charge figure of merit (FOM) of TrenchFET® fourth generation N-channel MOSFET, and has a 0.0016 Ω (-10 V) and 0.0020 Ω (-4.5 V) industry's low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET.
In addition, Vishay Siliconix Vishay's booth will also demonstrate its 80 V - 100 V ThunderFET® MOSFET in high efficiency and high power density isolated bus converter stage; its fourth-generation solutions PowerPAIR TrenchFET point of load power in stages optimize electrical and thermal performance; and automotive trench MOSFET can withstand repetitive avalanche capability.

PCIM Asia 2015 in capacitor products on display will include Vishay ESTA power frequency, filter, IF and power electronics capacitors; for automotive powertrain systems and renewable energy equipment, with a high temperature range (up to +150 ° C) and long life (6000 hours) of Vishay BCcomponents aluminum capacitors, as well as for power meter and smart meters AC line rated ceramic disc capacitors.
